In these sessions you will work with the MetaSystem Consulting Group’s Personal Leadership Model based upon my 15 years as a global Executive coach and Organization Development consultant.

Leadership Level Three:  Developing Authentic Community

  • Emotional and Energetic agility–the ability to recognize and manage emotional, physical, and mental awareness simultaneously
  • It is about relationship, asking without manipulating, listening and receiving receiving from others….supporting, coaching, etc.

Leadership Level Four:  Right Action at the Right Time

  • Getting into powerful action.
  • Knowing when you should act.
  • Knowing when to get out of your own way.
