To Mastermind or Not Mastermind

As I prepare for the upcoming EFL MasterMind with Kathleen Barry Ingram, I am faced with choices.

Do I send out another email reminding people of this incredible opportunity?
Do I go ahead with the amazing group of people that have already registered?
What is 'enough people' to go ahead and do the work?
What is the risk in not doing the work?

After going over and over in my head the answers to these and many more questions...I realized that I just have to go...move...get into action...trust...

I don't know about you, but when I am not actively engaged in this work, something happens to my soul. I don't feel it as much as I do when I am involved in creating and playing with the horses. When I don't have others around me to support the excitement and learning I feel an empty space. I feel more misunderstood, not as happy.

If I explore these emotions according to Linda Kohanov and Karla McLaren in the Emotional Message Chart, I see that I am in a place of greater choice than I originally thought.

I am in the choice of really stepping into my authentic self and living my passion.

So, I made my choice, no matter how many people show up, they are the right people--the perfect people--to grow my life and abundance and share it. I realize that this is how I want to be for everything in my life. The work with the horses is like that for me...It is always happening and influencing everything! When I am lucky, I live in such gratitude for that, like right now.

In sharing my process with you, I am wondering what your process is for choosing to MasterMind or Not MasterMind with us next week. What questions do you ask yourself? Are you sure you are asking all of the right questions? Is one of them about nurturing your authentic self for the greater good??
