When do you need a coach?

  • Both human and equine coaches are your own unbiased collaborators who will help you reach your goals.
  • Coaching provides a systematic method of discovery, creating, strategizing and focusing on commitments and achieving them.
  • A detached, experienced perspective—from horse and human!
  • Instant feedback—Horses are notorious for this!
  • An unbiased view of things as they are—horses have no investment in outcomes!
  • The motivation, encouragement and experience to and break through the issues that hold you back.

How does the horse ‘coach’?

The horse’s responses help us identify behaviors that impact our lives and careers in a negative way or keep us from moving forward. Through the authentic connection that horses require of us, we:

  • Discover aspects of ourselves that have been hidden
  • Explore how we ‘come across’ to others
  • Connect with our ‘authentic’ power and resources
  • Learn to clearly communicate our intentions.
