The Equine Assisted Coach Training was more than “training”; it was a journey into my deepest self, led by a visionary, herself bold, warm and intuitive. Lisa set in motion a new way of Being by inviting me to engage, to connect, to reach for the moon — and by creating a sacred space of possibility, she inspired a belief that I could do it.

Equine assisted coach training was a gift of wisdom activated through experience. As Linda Kohanov so beautifully stated, “If we come to this world to learn, everything that happens is grist for the mill. With flair and panache, Lisa, Johanna, and the Equine Alchemy herd, offered a model of equine assisted coach training in which I existed in a state of grace..a state in which I engaged with Spirit its many manifestations. Part of me was dying, relinquishing limiting patterns and beliefs in order to explore how I could connect with my authentic self and power through the Way of the Horse. Part of me was being reborn, and Simon, Pinot, Yaegar, Chocolate, and Spanky accompanied me, sharing their equine wisdom with me on my journey from the past to a brave new world.

My shift is not only into a world of coaching, but into a world in which I am intentionally creating a life purpose based upon the co-creative experiences I shared with the herd, my fellow trainees, Johanna, and Lisa. Thank you, Lisa!

Kathy Esper, Certified Equine Alchemy Coach, is the CEO and Creative Director of Kathy Esper Enterprises, passionately delivering step by step holistic systems that heart-based entrepreneurs can use to market naturally, easily and authentically. Annemieken Van Reepingen, Certified Equine Alchemy Coach, In 1988, Annemieken Van Reepingen graduated cum laude as a clinical psychologist at the university of Leuven, Belgium.

In 1996, she graduated cum laude as an M.D. at the same university. She has over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy and counselling and worked in different areas in mental health care. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, individually and in groups. For 12 years she has had her own practice as a general practitioner and psychotherapist. Annemieken is a natural horsewoman: she has been passionate about horses ever since she was a child, and owns her own herd since about 10 years. Together with her horses, she does individual life coaching and business coaching. She is also presenting workshops. She organises teambuilding and leadership training on demand. Annemieken graduated from the Equine Assisted Coaching Training program in 2009. She is a certified coach at OK Corral, trained by Greg Kersten, one of the founders of equine assisted psychotherapy and learning. She is certified in EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) as a mental health specialist and is an active member of EAHAE (European Association for Horse Assisted Learning).
