Day One and Two
Outdoor Classroom and Horses Day
The Five Roles of a Master Herder outdoor classroom will give you understanding
and insight into the Five Roles and which role you might be playing in your life.
All Day with the Horses
In-depth application and practice of these skills through a powerful
combination of equine-facilitated learning activities and step-by-step processes.

The ‘Five Roles’ workshop is an amazing learning opportunity for new and experienced leaders searching for a way to enhance engagement, build trust, drive change, and leave the old ways of leading through fear or dominant behaviors behind.
Lisa has completed the Eponaquest Master Herder Training Program and is recommended
and sanctioned by Linda Kohanov as a Master Herder Instructor.
She has done advanced study on how to teach the Five Roles of a Master Herder,
including how to administer and interpret the Master Herder Professional Assessment.
Full Immersion into the 5 Roles of the Master Herder Experience includes:
September 7th — Outdoor Classroom of the Master Herder Assessment and immersion in the 5 Roles Leadership Model.
September 8/9– Two full days of learning and application of the 5 Roles Model with the horses.
